Fidelity Bank Announces Ground Breaking Ceremony for New North Hills Location
PITTSBURGH, PA — July 7, 2010 — Richard G. Spencer, President and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Bank today announced the ground breaking ceremony for its newest branch office located in the new McCandless Crossing Development at 617 Duncan Avenue will take place at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 22, 2010.
“We are pleased about solidifying our presence in the northern area of the city with a brand new, state of the art Leed Certified Green facility complete with drive thru banking and ATM machine. The McCandless Crossing Development will provide us with great opportunities, both commercial and retail, and we’re looking forward to serving the financial needs of the community with a full range of high quality, fairly priced products and services,” stated President Spencer.
“The initial process of getting all the necessary approvals and architectural drawings taken care of is finally completed. I am excited to move to the next phase and to begin building our new prototype branch. We hope to open the doors sometime in the Fall of 2010 and will be one of the first tenants open and ready to serve the community as part of the much anticipated town center development,” added Tony Rocco, Senior Vice President of Community Banking.
