IMPORTANT - Temporary Debit Card Block

Due to a number of fraudulent out of state retail debit card transactions, we have instituted a block on signature based transactions at certain merchant locations. You may use your PIN for purchases at any merchant location. Your retail debit card may be used for cash withdrawals at any ATM with the PLUS® or PULSE® logo.

 
We regret having to take this action, but felt it was necessary in order to protect our customer's privacy. We hope to have this block in place only on a temporary basis.
